Cheesecake brownie recipe
Cheesecake brownie recipe is a dish that can make up the mood for any occasion. The preparation is a bit different from other Brownie recipes. Let’s get to know them
Ingredients
180 gm of Sliced butter
250 gm of rich dark chocolate
1 cup of flour and ½ cup of cream
1 packet of cream cheese
2-3 eggs
3 teaspoons of molten butter
1 cup of sugar
Preparation
Remember to heat the oven for about 200 degrees before baking. In a cooking pan mix the dark chocolate and sliced butter. Heat the lower surface of the pan for about 3-5 minutes so that the butter combines well with the molten chocolate. Stir it then by adding sugar. Now take a baking pan and apply molten butter to make the surface oily and greasy. In it pour the flour and beaten eggs. Apply the cream into this mixture. Take a bowl and pour the packet of cream cheese and the remaining sugar. You can also add a whisked egg in this cheese mix. Heat it up. Then add this creamy cheese mixture with the mixture of flour, beaten eggs and cream. Now add the chocolate mixture over it so that it mixes well with the cheese. Now bake the batter for 30 minutes in the oven and serve when it cools down. You can use cherries, creams as toppings in your Cheesecake brownie recipe during serving.
